ok, to color hair in Photoshop you just need to go through a few easy steps.

Step 1: Open the photo in Photoshop.

Step 2:

choose any color to use as the new hair color and use the paintbrush to paint over the hair, make sure you get it as accurate as possible. In order to see the hair while i paint I turn the layer opacity to somewhere between 70 and 80%.

Step 3:Turn the layer opacity back up to 100% and change the layer mode to either soft light or color, depending on the type of color change you want.

Step 4: If you want you can now change the hue/saturation to find the prefered hair color.

Step 5: Just a little cleanup with the eraser tool, and we’re done.
